When a soft tissue injury exceeds six weeks of recuperation a claim becomes suspect. Surveillance of the claimant could be very revealing, anything from "other Employment" to extended holidays is often discovered. Video evidence demonstrating a claimant's true ability to function in a fashion contrary to their medical report could be revealed.
